Return policy:

We have 15-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
a. Product should be unused.
b. The order must be returned in their original boxes, and in their original packaging.
c. Items on sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
d. The product has passed the quality control check at our end in order to assess if there has been any foul play.
e. Please refuse the delivery if you feel the packaging has been tampered with or damaged in transit. Do contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the order at the earliest if the claim is true.
f. We have strict Quality Check controls on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in case you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at and we will take care of the rest.
g. We do not have a refund policy at Ethnique Mojo. We would happily replace your product.
h. We have an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.

Shipping Policy

Ethnique Mojo is happy to ship packages nationwide. We plan to start international shipping soon. As we are committed to deliver your order promptly and in good condition we ship your orders only through reputed national courier companies wherein your product can be tracked online and real-time. All shipping rates are determined by the weight of your package and area to be shipped to.
For order in Delhi NCR we have a flat rate of Rs 100

Payment Policy:

Currently we have only two payments methods:
Direct Payment Method and Paytm or Google Pay (via mobile number).
Once you place your order, we will send you an email with our bank details and asking for the reference number of the payment.

-Either you can add us as a beneficiary with your bank account and transfer the amount directly. Once the payment is done, you will receive a reference number which you need to send to us with your order email.
-You can also deposit cash /cheque in our account. Please email us the copy of the receipt/cheque number or the reference number.
-Transfer through Paytm/google pay (we will share our mobile number in email)
